How to Export Your Properties from
- Once you are in the search results screen in RMLS, check the boxes next to the properties that you want loaded into Spark (and into your appraisal report).
- Go to the Select Report drop-down (toward the upper-right), select Export, then click GO.
- In the Select an export definition drop-down select Export Residential.
- DO NOT check the Include photographs or Deliver file overnight checkboxes.
- Click GO.
- When prompted, click the Download button.
- Then click Save or Save As. This will be the file you upload to Spark. If it saves automatically without prompting you where to save it, that means it most likely saved to your Downloads folder.
- Now load Spark by going to app.sparkforappraisers.com and follow the steps there.
**IMPORTANT FOR MULTI-FAMILY: Spark will work with multi-family forms, however, you must choose Export Multifamily instead of Export Residential when exporting for Multi-Family properties.
