Instructions for SFR, Condo, Rental, & Multi-Family Export Setup

• Click your name at the top right and then click Settings in the menu that appears.
• Click on Custom Exports.
• Click Add Export.
• Name the export Spark.
• IMPORTANT: Verify toward the bottom that Label and Comma are chosen. The actual Label button is TO THE RIGHT of the word Label.

• Click on each of the following fields individually and click Add. Once you are done, the fields will appear appear on the right side of the window. This list is long but once it is set up you will never have to do it again.
  IMPORTANT: ALL fields listed below are required. DO NOT ADD EXTRA FIELDS & DO NOT LEAVE ANY OUT.

Now that the list is complete, click Save and you are done!

Instructions for Condo Export Setup

• Hover your mouse over My Matrix and click Settings in the menu that appears.
• Click on Custom Exports.
• Click in the drop-down and change it to Condominium.
• Click Add Export.
• Name the export Spark Condo.
• IMPORTANT: Verify toward the bottom that Label and Comma are chosen. The actual Label button is TO THE RIGHT of the word Label.

• Move all fields in the left column over to the right-side column so that all fields show up in that right-side column. You must move ALL of them and it’s fairly quick and easy.
• The easiest way to do this is to left-click the very top field in the left column, then hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.
• While holding the Shift key down, scroll to the very bottom of that left column list and then left-click the very bottom field. This should highlight every field in the left column. (You can let go of the Shift key now)
• Now simply click the Add button to move all fields over to the right column.
• Now that the list is complete, click Save and you are done!

NOTE: If you want the instructions for property types other than Condos, then when you're ready, click here and change the drop-down to the property type you want instructions for.

Instructions for Rental Export Setup

• Click in the drop-down and change it to Rental.
• Click Add Export.
• Name the export Spark Rental.
• IMPORTANT: Verify toward the bottom that Label and Comma are chosen. The actual Label button is TO THE RIGHT of the word Label.

• Move all fields in the left column over to the right-side column so that all fields show up in that right-side column. You must move ALL of them and it’s fairly quick and easy.
