Once you are in the results of a search, click on the Customize icon toward the top (same row as the one that shows the number of results).
Select Create New.
Click on the Add a Column drop-down to start adding fields. The fields you choose will start to populate the window. Following is a complete list of the exact fields you need to include. How to Export Properties from
Verify that the search you are exporting includes the properties you want to load into Spark (and into your appraisal report).
On the results page of your search, click Download toward the top right.
Verify List Rows is selected and all properties that you want are included in the For: field.
On the Column Set drop-down select Spark.
Verify that Include column names as first row is checked and then click Download.
Once it says it's ready, click on Download again.
Save the file by whichever file name and into whichever folder you prefer (depending on your browser settings you may not be given the option to choose the file name/location and that's okay, it probably just went into your Downloads folder - you can contact us for help with changing your browser settings).
IMPORTANT FOR MULTI-FAMILY: Spark will work with multi-family forms, however, your MLS does not allow exporting of all of the necessary multi-family data. As a result, Spark will load in as much as it can but some fields will have no information. If and when your MLS provides data for the rest of the fields, we will update accordingly. NOTE: Be sure to choose a multi-family form in Spark!
