There is no setup!
This MLS has no special setup that must be completed so it can "talk" to Spark. Below are the instructions on how to export data from this MLS to Spark.
IMPORTANT: Spark does not currently support multi-family (2-4 unit), rentals, or vacant land in this MLS. This MLS is not compatible with Synapse (only works with Spark).
How to Export Your Properties from
- Verify that the search you are exporting includes the properties you want to load into Spark (and into your appraisal report).
- Export those properties using your MLS system's default export option.
- Save the file by whichever file name and into whichever folder you prefer. Depending on your browser settings you may not be given the option to choose the file name/location and that's okay. This just means the file probably just went into your Downloads folder.
- Now load Spark by going to app.sparkforappraisers.com and follow the steps there.
